Early morning harvest, do you know we harvest by hand and carry the stems in our arms then when we get to the end of the bed we sort them out into various stems lengths into different buckets, they then have approximately 15 minutes to get from the field to quality control where we check for pesky pests and damages where they then go into a really cold chiller for a few hours to recover from the shock and have a good drink ?
