In the wholesale flower markets both Statice and Limonium are sold in wraps of 25 stems. Stem length can vary between 60cm – 70cm depending on the grade and variety required.

To get the best from your wholesale cut limonium please read the care instructions below carefully:

Cut the stems at a 45 degree angle with a sharp knife.
Fill sterilised buckets with luke warm water and add flower food.
Place the limonium in the buckets.
Leave over night to condition before using.

Never leave cut flowers in direct sun light, near a radiator, in a draft or near fruit. (The gas used to ripen fruit will harm most flowers). Keep the limonium in a cool place and always keep out of the way of children.

The florally-fluent might find the term “filler flowers” problematic, implying that certain elements of an arrangement are an afterthought. But with their very high utility value, limonium flowers can be a filler or a stand alone flower.
